- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook for 3-4 minutes or until soft.
