  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream, fresh cilantro, and lime juice.
  4. Season with kosher salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Let the chowder cook on low for an additional 15-20 minutes, until heated through.
